Cancellation

In case of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge on your credit card,20% of all nights.

In case of cancellation until 15 days before date of arrival, the hotel will charge on your credit card, 50% of all nights.

In case of late cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge on your credit card, the total amount of booking.

 

Children and extra beds

• All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding in parents room.
• All older children or adults are charged DH 200.00 per night and person when usingexisting bedding.
• The establishment has no cot.
• The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
• No cot can be installed in the room.
• Extra beds and baby cots are upon request. Only the hotel can confirm theiravailability.
• All payments are made through the hotel including supplements that do not appear inthe total price of your booking.

Pets are allowed (no fee).
